Rare set of 615 dining chairs designed by Aino Aalto. These particular examples were salvaged from the Pori theatre in Finland and bear modifications - cut-out holes in the frame, originally intended for seat linking or easy handling in the public venue.
Produced by Artek in 1960s, they feature a vinyl upper and birch frame construction. Structurally solid and full of character, they can be enjoyed as-is or taken on as an interesting project.
